1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Unison AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Unison AI provides real-time AI-powered interpretation services between multiple languages. The Service allows users to speak in one language and receive real-time interpretation in another language. We currently support 10 languages, with more languages being added over time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Pricing and Payment

Our Service operates on a pay-per-minute pricing model. For current pricing information, please visit our pricing section.

All prices are in USD. Credits purchased do not expire. No subscriptions are required. You only pay for what you use.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to violate the rights of others

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or other reasons. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

7. Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, AI-powered interpretation may contain errors or inaccuracies. The Service is provided "as is" and should not be relied upon for critical, legal, medical, or professional purposes. You acknowledge that interpretation accuracy may vary based on audio quality, background noise, accents, and other factors.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Unison AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Refunds

Due to the nature of our pay-per-minute service, refunds are generally not available for used credits. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or service failures. Unused credits do not expire and remain available in your account.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Any unused credits in your account will remain available according to our refund policy.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNISON AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unison AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unison AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
